January 2022 Balance Changes: Mortar, Dragon Rider, Wall Wrecker and Super Dragon Changes

Hey Clashers! Today the first 2022 update went live, introducing some balance changes. The Mortar and Wall Wrecker got a buff, while the Dragon Rider and Super Dragon got a nerf.
