Clash of Clans End of Support: Below iOS 11, Android 5.0, Facebook Friends

Hello Clashers, this week Clash of Clans announced it will drop support for iOS versions lower than iOS 11 and Android 5 on the next update. This means that i your device runs on versions lower iOS 11 and Android 5, you will not be able to update the app and play the game.

It was also announced Facebook friends will be removed from the game.

Facebook Login Is Expiring

While we know that Facebook has allowed you to play with your Friends, we cannot continue to support the feature. In order to keep playing with your Facebook Friends, please connect with them through Supercell ID.

Increase of Minimum Supported OS Versions

We would like to remind you that in the next update to Clash of Clans, we are unfortunately forced to end support for all Apple and Android devices running on OS versions lower than iOS 11 and Android 5.0, respectively.

If your device is currently running on a operating system lower than iOS 11 or Android 5.0, you will no longer be able to play Clash of Clans unless you update to a later iOS/Android version. Please update to iOS version 11 / Android 5.0 (or higher) as soon as possible.
