Bat Spell Balance Changes

Hello Clashers! Today the Bat Spell is going through some big balance changes.
Bat counts will now be 7/9/11/16/21 instead of 10/12/14/18/22, a considerably big nerf on low levels.
Additionally initial attack delay will be 1.5 seconds instead of 1.0 seconds.
