Sneak Peek: New Building, Resource and Troop Levels Announced!

Hello Clashers! Today another Sneak Peek for the March update was released! Many new levels will be added, including new building troop levels.
Some other changes were announced as well: Town Hall 13 will be able to upgrade an additional 50 walls to level 14 walls and Town Hall 9 will be able to build the third Dark Elixir Drill.
Quality of Life changes will be announced pretty soon, probably tomorrow, so stay tuned!
Here are the complete notes:
Buildings
You can now build a 3rd Dark Elixir Drill at Town Hall level 9 (previously TH10).
Troops

Spells
Freeze Spell can be upgraded to Level 2 in the Laboratory at Town Hall level 9 (previously at TH10).
Walls
Town Hall 13 players will be able to upgrade an additional 50x Wall segments to Level 14.
