Giga Tesla is a multi-target defensive building integrated on the Town Hall level 12.

Unlocked with the Town Hall 12, it was added to the game in 2018 with this new Town Hall level.

Giga Tesla Explained

The Giga Tesla is huge Hidden Tesla placed inside the Town Hall. It makes massive damage to multiple targets.

Just as the Hidden Tesla, the Giga Tesla is activated when it is attacked by the enemy or when the village gets 51% of destruction.

Town Hall 12 is not considered a defense before the activation of the Giga Tesla. Hog Riders, Balloons, Giants and Golems will not target the building until the Giga Tesla emerges.

Special Ability: Giant Bomb

The level 5 Giga Tesla unlocks a huge feature: the "hidden bomb". Similar to the Bomb Tower, the Giga Tesla will drop a huge bomb when destroyed. The damage is massive.

Range

Once activated, the Giga Tesla has a range of 10 tiles.

Upgrading the Giga Tesla

The Giga Tesla is automatically added to your Town Hall building when you reach level 12.

Upgrading the Town Hall level 12 will upgrade your Giga Tesla, increasing the damage per second, number of targets and adding the Giant Bomb on level 5.

You can easily identify the level of the Giga Tesla by looking at the roman number on the side of it.

Tips & Tricks

The damage of the Giga Tesla is absolutely massive and should be considered when you plan your attack.

Once the Giga Tesla is activated, it's a good idea to be already close by to destroy it as fast as possible.

If you are attacking with Balloons or Hog Riders you can manually activate the Giga Tesla with Spells (usually Earthquake Spell). If your troops are close to the Town Hall it's a good idea to destroy it when possible. If they pass-by and later on the Giga Tesla is activated, they might not come back and the Giga Tesla will kill them all.

It's very common to use Freeze Spell on the Giga Tesla due to its huge DMS.

However, Spells are not capable of stopping the hidden bomb from a level 5 Giga Tesla. This can only be prevented by the Eternal Tome from the Grand Warden. It's a very common tactic to save his special ability until the Town Hall 12 is about to be destroyed. The damage from this bomb is massive and affects ground and air troops, so this is highly recommended.

When a Level 5 Town Hall 12 is destroyed, there is a small delay to explode the hidden bomb. This delay is long enough for the Miners to burry themselves.
