    Inactive Bases

Clashers, if you are looking for an easy steal, look for the inactive bases. The search for these villages is called ‘Easy Farming’ or ‘Lazy Farming’. Let’s find out all the details about these dream villages!

    What Is

Inactive bases are the abandoned villages. The owners are not playing anymore, so the Collectors, Mines and Drills fill up and provides a great steal. It’s also easy, since the X-Bows and Inferno Towers will not be loaded, so you can use weaker and cheaper troops to attack.

    Trophy Range

How can you find them? Luck, and searching on the right Trophy range. Some times it’s quite easy, some days looks like they are gone. You can find them even in higher leagues such as Titan, although they are not that common over there.

If you are searching for Dark Elixir, you must look for where the abandoned villages have maxed drills. They will start showing up on Crystal 3 League (2k+ Trophies).

    Collectors vs Storages

When attacking an abandoned village the loot is usually on the collectors, not on the storages. Although this is not a rule, this happens very often.

The first troop you put down should be a single Archer aiming for a collector. See how much she will steal on each hit and find out if the loot is really there.

When attacking a village like this, there is no reason to make a strong attack aiming for the Town Hall. You can just aim the Collectors and Mines that are usually around the village, not on the center. It’s much easier and can be done with cheaper troops.

    Identyfing

Tons of Gold, Elixir and Dark Elixir. Easy to steal. On inactive bases you can steal up to 450k only from Mines and Collectors. But how can you identify an abandoned village? Here is the list of what you usually find on those villages:

Tons of loot. From 20,000 ~ 450,000 Gold and Elixir on the Gold Mines and Elixir Collectors.

Loot might be a round number, indicating that the Gold Mines and Elixir Collectors have reached their capacity. Example: 45,000 of Gold and 30,000 of Elixir.

All builders are found in their huts sleeping (floating ZZZ.... indicates a sleeping builder).

No league badge: this means that on this season the player didn’t win a single battle yet. He is probably not playing anymore.

X-Bows, Inferno Towers and Eagle Artillery are unloaded. There is a graphic change when they run out of Elixir and Dark Elixir. Check the defenses pages to see the pictures.

Abundant tombstones from previous deaths of troops.

Many obstacles, indicating the player has not been online to clear them.

If a player is not in a Clan (no clan symbol on top of the Clan Castle) this is also good sign that they are inactive.
